We have 10 commercial units with a floor area of 21 sqm., 1 commercial unit with a floor area of 17 sqm. and 1 commercial unit with

The title is clean and has no mortgage. There was only one (1) title before but it is now subdivided into 2. FCS Houseware Trading has leased 4 commercial spaces including the commercial space on the side as their warehouse. While 1221 Dental Clinic has informed us that they might lease the space beside it. As you can see on the list of lessees, there have been different companies who have leased the commercial spaces. Rental rates vary per lessee due to their initial negotiations upon offering to lease their desired commercial space.
Other potential tenants can lease the commercial space on the other side of the building and the remaining kiosk spaces. We are also advertising the 2nd floor for a long term lease while waiting for tenants who want to lease it for events. Most of our lessees are from Tanjay and other towns or cities.
